Italiano Feetah provides an access service to its online 3D configurator on the basis of a license for use.
It is possible to use this service by signing up for a personalized subscription that allows its subscribers to access the use of the online 3D modeler through their portal on the page www.feetah.net or an access plan to the service through " credits ".
These Terms of Use govern your use of our service. In the context of these Terms of Use, "Feetah service", "our service" or "the service" means the personalized service provided by Feetah for choosing and accessing the Feetah online configurator, including all related features. and features, recommendations and reviews, websites and user interfaces, as well as all content and software associated with our service.
1 Payment for the service
1.1 Subscription (Monthly / Annual)
1.1.1 Feetah membership will continue until canceled. In order to use the Feetah service, you must have Internet access and a device on which to use the 3D online modeler; you must also provide one or more Payment Methods. "Payment Method" means a current, valid and accepted payment method that may be updated periodically to include payments for your account through a third party. Unless you cancel your subscription before the relevant billing date, you authorize us to charge you the subscription fee for the next billing cycle on your chosen Payment Method (see the "Cancellation" section below).
1.1.2. We offer several subscription plans (Monthly or Annual), including subscriptions offered by third parties in addition to our own products and services. Some subscription plans may have different conditions and limitations that will be made known to you at the time of registration or through other communication methods made available to you. You can find specific information about your Feetah subscription by visiting the website www.feetah.net and clicking on the "Account" link, available at the top of the pages.
It is possible to vary your subscription plan by going from a monthly to an annual one.
It is possible to vary your monthly / annual subscription plan from a STANDARD to a SILVER one.
It is possible to change your monthly / annual subscription plan from a SILVER to a GOLD one.
It is not possible to switch from a Feetah modeler usage plan to credits to a SUBSCRIPTION one (after a new subscription).
It is not possible to switch from a GOLD monthly / annual plan to a SILVER one or from a SILVER to a STANDARD plan (after a new subscription).
There is an initial license fee (one-off "fee") which includes the first month of use of the Feetah online 3D modeler worth € 799 + VAT.
1.2 Using the online 3D modeler at “Credits”.
If you wish to use the Feetah service without the subscription constraint, you can easily use the service by purchasing "credits", through our store https://www.feetah.net/en/ prices / credit-packs.
There are different credit packs to suit your different needs.
There is an initial license fee (one-off "fee") which includes the first month of use of the Feetah online 3D modeler worth € 799 + VAT.
Credits can be used within 365 days from the date of their purchase.
2 Promotional offers.
We may offer special plans, memberships or promotional offers from time to time. Feetah determines in its sole discretion eligibility for offers and we reserve the right to withdraw the offer and suspend your account should it be determined that you are no longer eligible for the offer.
3 Invoicing and cancellation
3.1. Billing cycle. The Feetah subscription fee will be charged to your Payment Method on the payment date indicated on the "Account" page. The length of your billing cycle will depend on the type of payment you choose (subscription / credit service) when registering for the service. In some cases, the payment date may vary, for example if the charge to your Payment Method is unsuccessful, if you change your subscription plan or your paid subscription started on an unsuccessful day. present in a given month. 3.2. Payment methods. To use the Feetah service you must indicate one or more Payment Methods. You authorize us to charge any Payment Method associated with your account (by debiting your Paypal account or by Credit Card via the Stripe system) if your primary Payment Method is rejected or cannot be used to pay the subscription fee. You will be responsible for any outstanding amounts. If a charge fails due to Payment Method expiration, insufficient funds or any other reason, and if you have not terminated your account, we may suspend your access to the service until we have successfully charged a Valid payment method. For some Payment Methods, the issuer may charge you certain fees, such as for international transactions or other fees associated with processing your Payment Method. Local tax charges may vary depending on the Payment Method used. For more details, please check with the service provider linked to your Payment Method.
3.3. Payment Methods Update. You can update your Payment Methods on the "Account" page. We may update your Payment Methods based on data received from payment service providers. Following each update, you authorize us to continue to charge the available Payment Method (s).
3.4. Cancellation. You can cancel your Feetah membership at any time by continuing to have access to the Feetah service until the end of the billing period. Payments are non-refundable and we do not issue refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods or for unused Feetah content (projects included in your Monthly / Annual subscription or unused credits). To cancel your subscription, visit the "Account" page and follow the instructions for cancellation. If you cancel your subscription, your account will be automatically closed at the end of the current billing period. To check the closing date of your account, click on the "Account" section.
3.5. Changes to the price and subscription plans. From time to time we may change our subscription plans and the price of our service; however, any changes to the price or subscription plans will take effect no earlier than 30 days from the date we notify you.
4 Feetah Service
4.1. You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to the Feetah 3D online modeler service.
4.2. The Feetah service and any content accessible through the service itself are intended exclusively for professional use in the orthotic - plantar field. For the duration of your Feetah membership, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access the service and content. Except for the above, no other right, title or interest will be transferred to you.
4.3. The Feetah service and its contents are updated regularly. In addition, we continually test various aspects of our service, including our websites, user interfaces and features.
4.6. You agree not to license your Feetah account to other users. You also agree not to: circumvent, remove, alter, disable, degrade or block the content protections in the Feetah service; use robots, spiders, scrapers or other automated tools to access the Feetah service; decompile, reverse engineer (reverse engineer) or disassemble any software or other product or process accessible through the Feetah service; insert any code or product or manipulate the content of the Feetah service in any way; or use any method of data mining or data collection or extraction. You further agree not to upload, post, email or otherwise send or transmit any material designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or telecommunications hardware or terminal associated with the Feetah service, including viruses and any other code , file or computer program. We will have the right to limit or stop your use of our service if you violate these Terms of Use or use our service illegally or fraudulently.
4.7. The display quality of Feetah content may vary and vary by device and may be affected by a number of factors, such as your geographic location, available bandwidth or the speed of your Internet connection. 4.8. Feetah's software is developed by or on behalf of Feetah and can be used exclusively for the CAD design of orthotic insoles in three-dimensional form, aimed at the subsequent production of the designed product using a 3D printer. This software may vary depending on the device and means of use and the features and functions may differ depending on the device. You acknowledge that use of the service may require third party software which is subject to third party licensing. You agree that you may automatically receive updated versions of the Feetah software.
5 Password and account access.
The subscriber who created the Feetah account and whose payment method is being charged ("Account Holder") is responsible for any activity that takes place through the Feetah account. To maintain control of the account and prevent anyone from accessing the account (and therefore also information on the history of account views), the Account Holder must maintain control of the login credentials and must not communicate to anyone the password or Payment Method details associated with the account. It will be your responsibility to update the information you provide us regarding your account and to ensure it is accurate. We will have the power to close or suspend your account in order to protect you, Feetah or our partners from identity theft or other fraudulent activity.
6 Miscellaneous
6.1. Current legislation. These Terms of Use are governed by Italian laws and interpreted in accordance with them.

6.3. In some cases, Customer Service may better assist you by using a remote access support tool, through which we will have full access to your computer. If you do not wish to grant us such access, please do not consent to assistance via the remote access tool and we will assist you by other means.
6.4. Validity. Should one or more provisions of these Terms of Use be deemed invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this will not affect the validity, legitimacy and applicability of the remaining provisions, which will continue to have full validity and effect.
6.5. Changes to the Terms of Use. Feetah may periodically change these Terms of Use. We will notify you at least 30 days before such changes apply to you.
6.6. Electronic communications. We will send you information relating to your account (for example, payment authorizations, invoices, password or Payment Method changes, confirmation messages, notifications) exclusively in electronic format, for example by email to the email address you have provided to us at time of registration.
